NEII's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for the Building Transportation Industry

  • California: As of 2/23/21, Alpine and Sierra counties are in the Moderate tier. Del Norte, Humboldt, Trinity, Shasta, Plumas, Yolo, Mariposa, Marin, and San Mateo counties are in the Substantial tier. The remaining counties are in the Widespread tier.
  • Colorado: As of 2/24/21, 6 counties are in the Level Orange. 31 counties are in the Level Blue and the remainder of the states are in the Level Yellow.
  • New Mexico: New stage of the state’s county by county reopening plan: Counties that have been designated in the Green Risk Level for two consecutive evaluations may move on to the new Turquoise Risk Level which further opens certain sectors. The DPH is expected to update its county list in the afternoon of 2/24/21
  • Oregon: Effective 2/26/21 through 3/11/21, there will be 5 counties in the Extreme Risk level, 11 at High Risk, 10 at Moderate Risk, and 10 at Lower Risk. A complete list of counties and their associated risk levels is available.
  • Vermont: People who are fully vaccinated may travel to Vermont and return from out of state travel without quarantine restrictions, once 14 days have passed from when they received their final dose.
  • Saskatchewan: As of 2/18/21, Public Health Order adjusts restrictions under the phased approach of Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan
