NEII's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for the Building Transportation Industry

  • California: As of 3/23/21, two counties are in the Minimal Tier. Nine counties are in the Moderate Tier. Eight counties are in the Widespread Tier. The remaining counties are in the Substantial Tier.
  • Massachusetts: Advanced to step 1 of phase IV of the Commonwealth’s reopening plan on 3/22/21. The travel order has been replaced with a travel advisory. This advisory urges travelers and residents to quarantine for 10 days if traveling outside of the state for 24 hours or more.
  • Oregon: Effective 3/26/21, there are two counties in the Extreme Risk level, six at the High Risk, 14 at Moderate Risk, and 14 at Lower Risk. Josephine and Klamath Counties enter Two-Week Caution Period.
  • Manitoba: Level Critical. Changes to existing Public Health Orders will take effect Friday 3/26/21 and remain in effect until 4/16/21.
  • New Brunswick: All zones are in the Yellow alert level, except part of Zone 4 is in Red as of 3/25/21.
  • Nova Scotia: Additional restrictions and protective measures are no longer in place for Halifax, Hants and Lunenburg County locations (restrictions lifted 3/20/21 instead of 3/26/21).
