NEII's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for the Building Transportation Industry

  • California: As of 3/30/21, 13 counties are moving to a less restrictive tier. Two counties are in the minimal tier. 17 counties are in the moderate tier. 3 counties remain in purple (widespread) tier. The remaining counties are in the substantial tier.
  • Colorado: As of 3/31/21, one county is in Level Orange. 15 counties are in Level Yellow. 30 counties are in Level Green. The remainder of the state is in Level Blue.
  • Kansas: The travel quarantine period is 7 days with a negative test result or 10 days without testing, with release from quarantine on day 8 or 11 respectively. For those traveling international the CDC is requiring testing within 3 days of flights into the U.S.
  • New Mexico: As of 3/24/21, ten counties are in Level Yellow. Ten counties are in Level Green. The remaining counties are in Level Turquoise.
  • British Columbia: Between March 29 and April 19, BC is strengthening province wide restrictions.
  • Newfoundland & Labrador: Alert Level 2, the focus is to control transmission while maintaining health system capacity throughout further re-opening of social and business activities.
  • Nunavut: Extended State of Public Health Emergency until 4/1/21
  • Saskatchewan: 3/30/21 Public Health Order adjusts restrictions under the phased approach of Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan. No travel restrictions. 14-day self-isolation is not mandatory for within province travel. 14-day self-isolation is mandatory for international travel.
