NEII's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for the Building Transportation Industry

  • Alabama: Governor Ivey issued the third phase of the COVID-19 pandemic health orders on April 7.
  • California: As of April 7, two counties are in the Widespread tier. Twenty-two counties are in the substantial tier. Thirty-two counties are in the Moderate tier. Two counties are in the Minimal tier.
  • Colorado: As of April 7, two counties are in Level Orange. Sixteen counties are in Level Yellow. Thirteen counties are in Level Blue. The remainder of the state is in Level Green.
  • New Jersey: Provides guidance for travelers from any U.S. state or territory beyond the immediate region (New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware).
  • Nunavut: Extended State of Public Health Emergency until 4/15/21.
  • Ontario: As COVID-19 cases continue to rise at an alarming rate, a declaration of emergency and province-wide stay-at-home order are in effect as of Thursday, April 8.
  • Saskatchewan: All businesses permitted to operate under the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan must do so in a manner that prevents the spread of COVID-19.
