NEII's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for the Building Transportation Industry
News Related to COVID-19 from the jurisdictions this week:
Alabama: The Safer at Home Order has been extended until 1/22/21
Alaska: COVID-19 Public Health Disaster Emergency Declaration has been extended until 1/15/21
Illinois: Tier 3 resurgence mitigations extended until 1/9/21
Kentucky: Mitigation measures put in place during the states pause to expire on 12/14/20
Mississippi: Safe Recovery Order extended until 1/15/21
Nebraska: Moved from “orange” phase to “yellow”, lessening restrictions for extracurricular activities, restaurants, and max capacity from 25% to 50%
Ohio: Curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. extended until 1/2/21
Oklahoma: New mitigation measures introduced and extended as cases rise: limiting attendance, 50% capacity, and 6ft distance requirements
Oregon: County Risk Levels updated: 29 counties in the Extreme Risk, 1 at Moderate, and 6 counties at lower risk. 9 Counties will be operating under new restrictions
South Carolina: State of Emergency extended until 12/23/20
Virginia: Modified stay at home order requiring Virginians to stay home between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. unless essential
Nova Scotia: Additional restrictions and protective
measures are in place for some Halifax and Hants County Locations until 1/10/21
Prince Edward Island: Post-Circuit breaker measures are in effect until 1/21/21
Quebec: Office worker telework is mandatory in all regions until 1/10/21, unless physical presence is required
Yukon: Travel restrictions updated: Every person entering Yukon has to self-isolate for 14 days
