NEII's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for the Building Transportation Industry

News Related to COVID-19 from the jurisdictions this week:
  • Illinois: Tier 3 resurgence mitigations statewide extended until 2/6/21
  • Iowa: Public Health Disaster proclamation extends the previous order until 2/6/21
  • Louisiana: Gov. Edwards has extended the state’s pause on reopening until 2/10/21
  • Massachusetts: The state’s new capacity restrictions on most industries and sectors has been extended until 1/24/21
  • Nevada: Current mitigation measures will be extended for an additional 30 days
  • New York: All regions are in Phase 4, and New York City still has additional restrictions
  • North Carolina: Modified stay-at-home order including a curfew from 10pm-5am has been extended through 1/29/21
  • Oregon: County Risk Levels have been updated - 28 counties are in Extreme Risk, 2 at High Risk, 2 at Moderate Risk and 6 at Lower Risk
  • Canada Travel restrictions: As of 1/7/21, proof of negative COVID-19 test results must be presented to airline prior to boarding flight. All travelers entering Canada must self-isolate for 14 days
  • Newfoundland & Labrador: Additional travel restrictions - travelers are only permitted entry into the province if their purpose meets extenuating circumstances outlined by the Chief Medical Officer of Health
  • Nunavut: State of Emergency has been extended until 1/22/21
